Salesforce comes up this June 2023 with an announcement on AI Cloud that will enhance the customer's experiences and help the company's growth with generative AI (artificial intelligence) for the enterprise. It is acclaimed by the company as being the most trusted for customers to give them high-quality results.
AI cloud is made specifically to focus on customer relationship management (CRM) to render high-quality experiences and boost company performance by taking in artificial intelligence, analytics, data, and automation to provide enterprise-ready efficient and finest real-time generative artificial intelligence. A new tool of the AI Cloud, Einstein GPT Trust Layer, helps to solve the problems related to the adoption of generative AI by allowing customers to reach their enterprise data security while befitting customers with generative AI. Due to these reasons, Salesforce maintains to be in the first position in the AI customer relationship management category.
Based on a survey report, revenues from generative AI worldwide are supposed to reach up to USD 3.7 billion in 2023 and may be over USD 36 billion by 2028. According to Salesforce, AI Cloud will fill the gaps between the new Einstein GPT Trust Layer. It will prevent saving customers' sensitive data with the help of large-language models (LLM).
