On 16th November 2022, Canon U.S.A. Inc., a pioneer in digital imaging solutions, announced the creation of new TEKLYNX native printer drivers for Canon's on-demand color label printer portfolio in partnership with TEKLYNX International, the world's top provider of barcode label and RFID software. The Canon LX-D1300, LX-D5500, and LX-P1300 label printers are all compatible with these drivers. These Canon label printers are made to help produce a high volume of labels for production use, speed up the process of label design, and enable users to create distinctive, striking, and colorful labels quickly. They also work with the latest drivers and TEKLYNX barcode and label design software.

Isao Sammy Kobayashi, senior vice president & general manager of Canon U.S.A., Inc., stated that the partnership between Canon and TEKLYNX demonstrates the devotion to their clients by offering businesses the capacity to print colorful and vivid labels quickly and efficiently. With these new drivers, customers across a broad spectrum of industries will be able to use the TEKLYNX software effectively.

In order to provide a satisfying user experience, TEKLYNX developed these drivers. With the ability to create preformatted templates that help boost the accuracy of the prints, the TEKLYNX barcode label design software products LABEL MATRIX, LABELVIEW, and CODESOFT which can assist Canon label printer users in maintaining their individual brand consistency. Users can produce a huge variety of barcodes and changeable data through an intuitive label design interface. Businesses that use the software will be better able to handle on-demand color labeling solutions to fulfill consumer demands and improve print quality. Using the Canon label printers and TEKLYNX software can be advantageous for manufacturing, packaging, retail, wholesale, and transportation/shipping businesses.
