Qualitative and quantitative insights were obtained by interviewing supply-side and demand-side stakeholders during the primary research process. From air fryer OEMs, ODMs, and small kitchen appliance manufacturers, supply-side sources included CEOs, VPs of Product Management, leaders of R&D, supply chain directors, and category managers. Procurement leads from multi-brand retailers (Best Buy, Target, Walmart), category managers from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Wayfair), commercial kitchen consultants, purchasing managers from restaurant chains and hospitality groups, and appliance specialty store owners comprised demand-side sources. The primary research validated the volume segmentation between residential and commercial end users, confirmed the distribution channel split between store-based and non-store-based (online) sales, and gathered insights on pricing architecture, feature prioritization, warranty structures, and seasonal demand patterns.
