In a 2022 survey of 1000 accommodation professionals, European hoteliers have come out on top as the leading digital transformation topic on social media marketing in Europe. Every 3 in 5 European accommodations felt prepared for their digital transformation readiness.

By keeping track of the latest changes in technology and business methods. It allows to keep the system up to date and improve efficiency. Digital transformation also helps organizations identify new opportunities to enhance their business processes. It is all about we do business by changing how we live and do business. It involves four main areas: data, technology, people, and processes.

According to the reports, worldwide businesses will spend 3.4 trillion dollars on transitioning to digital enterprises.

Some digital transformation trends nowadays are that the more comprehensive adoption of low code platforms provides a graphical user interface and drag-and-drop tools, allowing business analysts and non-technical users to create and design custom solutions without coding.

With increased migration to the cloud, when it comes to improving accessibility, cutting expenses, and outsourcing tedious routine maintenance work, businesses rely more on cloud technologies. Further, companies will move to the cloud as internet speed rises and technology develops.

AI and Machine Learning are essential technologies for digital transformation since AI helps to make better decisions by providing insights about customer behaviour and demographics, and ML is important because companies use data to create customer experiences.

Intelligent search helps to provide consumers with more accurate results. It employs AI technologies such as machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, semantic search, and AI technologies.

Again, Automation is the biggest element among trends in digital transformation. Business process automation provides organizations in removing the requirement of human execution. According to the reports, over 80 percent of corporates are using work process automation and growing their use of more remote labor.
