For its 252P laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) technology, Farsoon has announced the creation of an ultra-temperature configuration.Â
The improved 8-zone temperature shielding of the UT252P system allows it to process high-temperature, high-performance engineering materials like PTFE, PA6, PA66, PPS, PAEK, and PI for end-use applications. A 100W CO2 laser and a versatile build envelope of 250 mm x 250 mm x 320 mm are included in it. According to Farsoon, these features will create a wealth of new high-temperature application possibilities in fields including material engineering, medicine, aerospace, and more.
