Latest Company Updates:

November 2023- Audac has revealed a new model in its SCP line of small two-channel power amplifiers for business use. The latest is the SCP206, a compact dual-channel amplifier that provides 2 x 60 watts at 4 ohms and 120 watts at 70/100 volts. Audac offers 4 different SCP models to fit many needs, with power outputs ranging from 120 to 600 watts in a half 19-inch rack space enclosure.

November 2023- Cyrus Audio is finishing a fairly active year by releasing even more high-fidelity separate components. Earlier this year, they saw the launch of two new music streamers from the company. Now, there are two new stereo power amplifiers joining the brand's existing product ranges: the Power-XR and the Classic Power.

September 2023- The sensor solutions company HENSOLDT has gotten another order from the American company L3Harris (previously known as Viasat) to provide high-performance electronics that will optimize NATO data links, improving the networking between individual troop units. This contract, valued in the high single-digit millions, is for making and delivering 100 more power amplifiers for the MIDS LVT (Multifunctional Information Distribution System, Low Volume Terminal) data radio network used by US and European NATO forces across all military branches. Since receiving the first order in 2003, HENSOLDT has now provided around 4,500 power amplifiers for the MIDS program.

June 2023- Mitsubishi Electric has developed a new wideband gallium nitride (GaN) power amplifier that can be used for 4G, 5G and future 6G wireless networks. This single amplifier design allows it to amplify signals across a wide frequency range, enabling the radio transceiver hardware to be shared across multiple wireless communication systems. By consolidating multiple amplifiers into one, this new amplifier aims to improve power efficiency in base station equipment. The wide operating bandwidth helps make base stations more flexible and reduces hardware requirements as wireless networks evolve.
