October 2023- Tata Motors on October 12th disclosed two state-of-the-art, modern R&D plants for presenting sustainable mobility solutions. They established an engine test cell for building a hydrogen internal combustion engine and the mandatory infrastructure for storage and dispensing of hydrogen fuel for the Fuel Cell and H2ICE vehicles. The Executive Director of Tata Motors, Girish Wagh, said that they believe hydrogen is the future of the fuel, particularly for commercial vehicles. With the launch of this devoted R&D facility to build and indigenize hydrogen propulsion technology, the firm is debuting a new era of technological innovations and advancements in green mobility.
