This comprises a $180 million cash consideration up front, with an additional $150 million possible later based on performance. The deal is anticipated to be finalized in 2024's first quarter. In contrast to the previous buyer, this one is an established business with a market estimated at over $9 billion and plenty of cash to close the acquisition.
