The signing of the Material Supply Agreement between Homerun Resources Inc. and the vendor, which outlines the operational terms for the supply of high-purity silica sand sourced from the Vendor's district-scale, fully permitted project in Bahia, Brazil, on July 22, 2023, marked a significant milestone in the company's business development plan for the company. Net of Homerun's commitment to pay recoverable costs and relevant taxes, the purchase price has been determined under the Agreement at US$20.00 per tonne.

This strategic Agreement is a significant step forward for Homerun Resources Inc. and affirms the company's dedication to forging a solid foundation in the critical and energy materials industry.

The raw silica sand grade averages +99.8% SiO2, and the vendor has supplied thorough third-party testing that confirms and shows that it has extremely little impurity. In order to transform the present raw silica sand into higher grade HPQ, the company will start more experimentation on the removal of leftover contaminants following conventional processing, using a mix of thermal application and acid leaching.
